Our cleaning operatives are all interviewed in their own homes which enables us to see for ourselves their personal level of hygeine and cleanliness. This also gives us an opportunity to check their identification.

 

All cleaners live locally to the contracts they clean ensuring that reliability and punctuality to their job is adhered to.

 

Before commencing employment all staff are trained in the essential aspects of Health & Safety Regulations promoting a safe working enviroment for themselves, our Clients, staff and visitors to your premises.

 

Every employee's standard of work is closely monitored by regular visits to their place of work by our cleaning managers. We also endorse regular retraining programmes to ensure the high cleaning standards you expect are maintained.
